Eric & Ernie is the heart-warming story of Britain's beloved comic duo Morecambe & Wise. The film depicts the two men in their younger years, and through the highs and lows of their struggle to become famous in the world of comedy.

Ilan wrote a varied score for the film, highlighting the wit and charm of Morcambe and Wise with a 40s Jazz edge, and complimenting the more poignant moments of their shared journey with a small string orchestra underscore.

The score was recorded at Mark Knopfler's award-winning British Grove Studios with the London Metropolitan Orchestra.
